For example, when I was a teenager a friend was trying to think of this girl's pet dog's name, and it was on the tip of his tongue. I knew the girl, but didn't know she had a dog. Anyway, I immediately said "Sam". It was just completely *spontaneous* and it just kinda *felt* that it would be right (if you know what I mean). And, at that time, I never knew people even called dogs by the name of Sam.<br /><br />I'm not a skeptic and I don't think it was just a coincidence because it had a kind of feel to it of being correct. Telepathy, synchronicity or whatever. I think reality is weird and can on odd occasions throw up these anomalies. <br /><br />I'm not saying though that the examples from reddit are anomalous. They might well have explanations along the lines you suggest, although who knows. It's very difficult to judge with other peoples' experiences rather than your own experiences.
